We try to provide accurate descriptions on all our items however the shade you receive may differ slightly as wool shades change regularly. We will however offer the closest match possible. Our prices are based on the amount of wool used the detail on the pattern and the amount of time it takes to produce the item. All items shown are made in 100% Acrylic however if you wish to have an item made in a different type of wool the price will be increased please contact us for a price.

How to Order
You must decide before ordering if the items are suitable for your needs, as our items are made to order we can meet your requirements on sizing. Please complete the order form and send it to Daisy Hand Knits at the address provided or email it to us at bolton.a@btopenworld.com. As soon as we receive your order we will confirm by email and send you payment details.
Payments
We will accept Cheques, Postal Orders and PayPal transactions. If paying by personal cheques please allow 10 working days for these to clear. We will email you to let you know your cheque has cleared and we will proceed with your order. Please make cheques payable to B Bolton and send them to:-

All our items are individually hand knitted to our customer specifications
We will deliver your order as soon as it has been specially made to your requirements. This would normally be within 4 – 6 weeks depending on the size of the order. We will email you on receipt of your payment with a guide to when your order will be ready and we will email you when your item has been posted to you.

All our items are packed carefully. All our items will be sent by 1st Class Recorded Delivery. See below for prices

Returns Policy
We hope you will be happy with your purchase if you are not happy in anyway and require an exchange or refund please return the item to us within 14 days in perfect condition (used and unworn) with the original packaging. Please email us prior to returning your item. We are not responsible for the return postage. Please obtain proof of posting from the post office as we can not be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.
